Purpose of the Association

The Monticello Neighborhood Association provides an organized framework that promotes, preserves and enhances the quality of life and values in the Monticello neighborhood by:

• Encouraging a sense of community and pride among association members.
• Establishing a communication link with the City Council, City Manager’s offices, Code Enforcement, Neighborhood Police Officers and other city departments.

Neighborhood Boundaries

The boundaries of the Monticello neighborhood are North: White Settlement Road (South side of street only), South: West 7th Street (North side of street only), East: Arch Adams & North Bailey (Westside only), West: Westview Ave. (All homes facing Westview).
